This role requires comprehensive knowledge of all production lines,&nbsp;</p><p>Bills of Materials (BOMs), and product specifications. Operator Leads are expected to thoroughly&nbsp;</p><p>understand the functionality of the machines, including the ability to troubleshoot issues in real time to minimize downtime.
