Other duties may be assigned.</p><ul><li>Responsible for maintaining a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner by getting along with customers, clients, co-workers, supervisors, managers, and all other employees.</li><li>Responsible for adhering to and maintaining all quality system procedures and requirements related to the position.</li><li>Must adhere to all safety rules and Company policies.</li><li>Attendance/punctuality: is consistently at work and on time.</li></ul><p>Confers with Shift Supervisor and monitors schedule board for job and priority changes.</p><p>Check hoppers hourly; maintain proper materials and temperatures.</p><ul><li>Record material lot numbers and provide information to Warehouse and Quality affecting accuracy and timeliness of both inventory and usage.</li><li>Pull material as requested by manufacturing and dry if it is required.</li></ul><p>Calculate amount of material required and place at machine or holding area.</p><ul><li>Clean and inspect hopper and loader before loading new material.</li><li>Inspect and clean or replace filters, hoses, clamps, and latches during change overs.</li><li>Attach hopper tag with all required information; correct discrepant situations.</li><li>Notify maintenance of equipment failures.</li><li>Provide materials to operators as needed.</li><li>Return unused material to storage.</li><li>Take scrap off of the floor</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities (continued)</strong></p><ul><li>Mix materials when required.</li><li>Provide training for new employees.</li></ul><p>Responsible for production and scheduling regarding inventory levels, inventory changes, and materials requirements.</p><ul><li>Clean as needed; vacuum presses, clean up any spills, etc.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
