If you are interested in knowledge organization, AI technology and innovation, Graphwise is the right fit for you! </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Professional Services department</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a solutions consultant you will be part of the Professional Services department with team members distributed across Austria, Bulgaria, UK, France and Greece, with technical and non-technical backgrounds ranging from knowledge management, project management and computational linguistics to data engineering, software engineering or system engineering. The Professional Services department works closely with our clients and prospective clients to design and build solutions on top of Graphwise product portfolio based on their business and technology requirements, to deliver state of the art functionality and business value to our clients.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Solutions Consultant holds the subject matter expertise in Graphwise products, the knowledge graph based businesses and use cases, works with customers to advise, design and develop comprehensive solutions based on Graphwise product portfolio and the related technology ecosystem which fulfill customers business and technology requirements. The solutions consultant provides operational guidance in the solution development process, developing technical solution proposals and driving the implementation to ensure the developed solutions align with customers' longer term objectives, existing IT landscape, and other organizational constraints. The solutions consultant facilitates the delivery of Graphwise products and the realization of their values, which eventually contributes to customers’ success and development of growth opportunities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Solutions Consultant will work from our offices in Vienna, Austria or in Sofia, Bulgaria (partly remote work, up to 3 days a week, is available after the initial onboarding period). For senior candidates, fully remote work is also possible.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Customer and Business Engagement</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use case modeling and requirements engineering: work directly with customers to understand and document their business and organizational needs, pain points, and strategic goals</li>\n<li>Conceptual solution design: translate requirements into high level solution architecture for presales communication</li>\n<li>Stakeholder alignment: act as the technical liaison, communicating solution design, architectural concepts and technical considerations to both technical development teams and non-technical business stakeholders</li>\n<li>Presales support: collaborate with sales and presales engineers to define scope, estimate effort, and contribute technical sections to proposals and statements of work</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Solution development </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solution architecture development: develop and deliver complete solution architecture based on established design patterns and practices, considering infrastructure, systems, applications, data engineering processes, request flows, integration points, security models, and constraints.</li>\n<li>Implementation plan development: break down the solution architecture to actionable tasks and develop an implementation plan to establish the solution</li>\n<li>Technology selection: evaluate appropriate approaches, technologies, platforms, and third party tools to fulfill requirements that cannot be covered by Graphwise products</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Data and Knowledge engineering</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge modeling: develop taxonomies and ontologies to model business domains, improve expressivity and interoperability of metadata</li>\n<li>Data engineering solution development: develop ETL and data engineering solutions to process data from different content and data management systems</li>\n<li>Knowledge graph development: develop enterprise knowledge graphs integrate data engineering and knowledge modeling implementations based on defined data architecture</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Product and service delivery coordination</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project development: lead or oversee the execution of the solution implementation plan, with hands-on guidance and technical support to internal and client development teams</li>\n<li>Issue resolution: identify and resolve technical issues and coordinate internal support from development, delivery, infrastructure and research departments</li>\n<li>Customer support: provide 2nd level support to customers support requests following customer support processes</li>\n<li>Product support: collaborate with product teams to fulfil customer and internal requests</li>\n<li>Team enablement: support the development of training programs, operational processes and best practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in roles related to software engineering, data engineering, technical consulting, data centric solutions development or solutions consulting</li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience in semantic web and knowledge graphs related technology domains</li>\n<li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related technical field</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in simple business terms</li>\n<li>Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex problems and design effective technical solutions</li>\n<li>Technically creative and open-minded</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications that are an asset</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in an IT consulting / professional services or client facing environment</li>\n<li>Experience with managing client communication and expectations</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in disciplines such as system architecture, data architecture, software architecture, infrastructure</li>\n<li>Organizational skills to plan, estimate, prioritize, coordinate work and fulfill timelines.</li>\n<li>Effective interpersonal skills and experience with teamwork</li>\n<li>Domain knowledge in a specific industry (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail)</li>\n<li>Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies and tools</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:
