Such spaces include operation rooms, emergency rooms and ICU rooms. This position is full-time and requires extensive travel which is fully covered by the company.<br><br><b>Travel Requirements</b><br>This position is a 100% travel position. The position often requires travel on work days and can include weekends and nights.<br><br><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b><ul><li>Safely and properly use power tools (drills, saws etc.), and hand tools (hammer, screwdriver, hand saw etc.)</li><li>Perform demolition and renovation duties by performing the following trades:</li><li>Carpentry</li><li>Painting</li><li>Drywall</li><li>Electrical</li><li>Plumbing</li><li>Framing</li><li>Mechanical</li><li>Perform manual labor</li><li>Responsible for overseeing quality assurance</li><li>Identify hazardous materials</li><li>Organize building materials</li><li>Prepare daily construction reports</li><li>Maintain a clean working environment</li><li>Exhibit consistently dependable, reliable, punctual and trustworthy conduct</li><li>Any additional duties or tasks provided by management</li></ul><b>Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability </b><ul><li>OSHA 10 Training Preferred</li><li>Must obtain basic structural knowledge and ability to install structures unassisted</li><li>Must demonstrate strong teamwork, leadership and collaboration skills.</li><li>Experienced with Demolition Preferred</li><li>Must be proficient (At least 2 years experience) in a skilled trade such as electrical, plumbing, framing, welding, painting, or carpentry.</li><li>Ability to work under general supervision, may lead small projects or small teams.</li><li>Ability to read, write and speak the English language to interact with coworkers and customers in the field</li><li>Proficient verbal communication skills</li><li>Understanding of electrical circuits, wire types, wire sizes, and & basic components. </li><li>Ability to terminate J-box (single & multiple circuits).</li></ul><b>Compensation and Benefits</b><br>$28.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience<br>Health, Dental and Vision <br>Employer pays for travel and per diem<br>401K Contribution and Match <br>Paid Time Off - Accrual starting on day one of employment<p> </p><p> </p>",
