          "text": "<p>We are looking for a&#xa0;<strong>Structural Engineer</strong>&#xa0;with a minimum 5 years of experience for our LA – Woodland Hills office, who wants to work and grow as a team player within our progressive multi-discipline firm. The successful individual will be a licensed engineer with solid experience in the design of steel, concrete and wood commercial/institutional buildings.</p><p><strong>In This Role You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing on a variety of commercial &amp; institutional building projects.</li><li>Collaborate with the architect, owner, and contractor to provide a well-coordinated and high-quality set of structural drawings.</li><li>Contribute to project teams of engineers, designers and drafters to execute structural designs.</li><li>Meet with the project team to ensure effective communication flow during design.</li><li>Interface with the contractor during construction to ensure positive results with minimum complications.</li><li>Work closely with the Discipline Manager to support the needs of the department, projects, and growth objectives.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Approximate Base Salary – $95,000 - $120,000+ based on experience.</li><li>Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.</li><li>Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance.</li><li>Hybrid Work Schedule&#xa0;<em>(subject to change).</em></li><li>401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching for 9% Employee Contribution.</li></ul><p><strong>This position is not eligible for sponsorship.&#xa0;</strong></p>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Essential Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>B.S. degree in Civil or Structural engineering.</li><li>PE registration in any state.</li><li>5 or more years of experience with design of concrete, steel, and timber structures.</li><li>Ability to work independently with proper engineering oversight.</li><li>Ability to work and collaborate in larger project teams.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Registered CA Structural Engineer.</li><li>M.S. degree in Structural Engineering or related field.</li><li>Multi-discipline project management experience.</li><li>Experience with DSA and OSHPD.</li><li>Experience with 3D modeling software (ETABS, RISA, SAFE).</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities</strong></p><ul><li>Must be a self-starter who is able to see the big picture and connect the vision of the company with his/her job, be persistent, and follow through in a consistent manner.</li><li>Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment (or demonstrate ability to develop such abilities).</li><li>Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.</li></ul>",
