      "content": "\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with university faculty, career service staff, and professors nationwide to help increase brand exposure and reputation on campus.</li>\n<li>High volume outreach to college students to introduce the opportunities at Arrive Logistics and build a candidate pipeline to support all office locations.</li>\n<li>Manage and own the full-cycle recruiting process for new graduate candidates across multiple roles and offices.</li>\n<li>Contribute to team hiring goals while maintaining a set of individual performance metrics</li>\n<li>Independently assess candidates to determine if their capabilities match the job requirements.</li>\n<li>Plan and execute on-campus events with a focus on early engagement, education, and strategic branding.</li>\n<li>Partner with Arrive Sales Reps and Managers, who will serve as Talent Scouts on campus periodically throughout the season</li>\n<li>Partner with the Talent and Campus Programs Manager on strategic initiatives related to the current and future staffing needs of the business and develop recruiting/sourcing strategies to meet those needs.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Provide feedback and insight regarding the entry-level talent pool to Talent and Campus Programs Manager.</li>\n<li>Leverage data to lead the development and execution of campus recruiting and early talent strategies.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.</li>\n<li>1+ year(s) of Sales, Recruiting or HR experience</li>\n<li>A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional candidate experience.</li>\n<li>Team player with a strong sense of urgency.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to connect and interact with students, faculty and staff to build productive relationships.</li>\n<li>Must be able to understand and explain detailed job descriptions and company culture</li>\n<li>Ability to travel up to 25% during peak recruiting cycles and work flexible hours as needed.</li>\n<li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards and social media tools and strategies to attract talent, preferred.</li>\n"
