This role will be responsible for employee relations, recruiting support, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and employee development. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment, building relationships across the organization, and partnering with leaders to drive positive employee experiences.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong><u>What You&rsquo;ll Be Responsible For</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct employee relations investigations, gather facts, document findings, and recommend appropriate resolutions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coach supervisors and managers on attendance, performance, corrective action, and workplace issues.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive work environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support recruiting efforts for hourly and salaried positions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate onboarding activities, orientation, and new hire documentation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage relationships with staffing agencies and temporary labor providers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support performance management processes, including coaching, development planning, and corrective action.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist employees with benefit-related questions, enrollments, and changes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate HR-related training and track completion of required programs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support employee engagement activities, policy rollouts, and other HR initiatives.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Track and analyze HR metrics, including turnover and absenteeism, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong><u>What You Bring</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&#39;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, food production, distribution, or a similar environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong><u>What Makes You Successful Here&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience handling employee relations issues and conducting workplace investigations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience coaching supervisors and managers on employee relations and performance matters.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and Microsoft Office.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong><u>Working Conditions</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Office environment within a food production facility with regular interaction on the production floor.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Exposure to refrigerated production areas with temperatures of approximately 38&deg;F.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong><u>Working at 80 Acres Farms</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At <strong>80 Acres Farms</strong>, we believe taking care of our people is just as important as taking care of our plants.
