    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Summary of Position Functions:</strong></p><p>Provides engaging instruction, administers tests, and evaluates student progress, understanding, and proficiency in assigned field of Career and Technical Training.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Major Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provides students with industry-recognized instruction and training.</li><li>Develops and prepares lessons; recommends curricula changes and supplemental materials.&nbsp;</li><li>Administers and corrects tests; logs and maintains progress and attendance.</li><li>Identifies, selects, and modifies instructional resources to meet the needs of the students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs.&nbsp;</li><li>Manages the classroom by moving about the room to tutor, coach, evaluate, and assist each student as the need arises.&nbsp;</li><li>Motivates and counsels&rsquo; students in areas of behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits.</li><li>Evaluates and supervises students in an on-the-job training experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Participates in providing hands-on activities for students in the career preparation program.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
