We’re seeking energetic, certified Group Fitness Instructors to lead engaging, safe, and motivating classes that support the health and fitness goals of program participants.</p><p><br></p><p>Our immediate needs include Yoga, Zumba, Pilates/Barre and Aqua Aerobics, and we are also open to adding new and innovative group fitness formats that enhance our class schedule and elevate the &nbsp;experience. This is a great opportunity for instructors who are passionate about group fitness, enjoy working with a diverse population, and value the flexibility to teach their specialty—or introduce something new.</p><p><br></p><p>As an Independent Contractor partnering with Rumbling Bald, you may have the opportunity to enjoy access to certain onsite amenities and preferred pricing on services such as dining, spa treatments, boat rentals, and merchandise, in accordance with Company guidelines.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Lead fun, engaging, and well-organized group fitness classes</li><li>Provide clear instruction, encouragement, and appropriate modifications for all fitness levels</li><li>Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive class environment</li><li>Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to teach scheduled classes</li><li>Build positive, professional relationships with members and team members</li><li>Follow all Rumbling Bald policies, safety procedures, and facility guidelines</li></ul>",
