          "text": "<p>Sika is looking for an experienced Shipping Operator to support our shipping and receiving operations for our Brighton, CO site.&#xa0;&#xa0;In this role, you’ll handle finished goods, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse. You’ll work under the guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager while playing a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.</p><p>Specific Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently</li><li>Pick, pull, and prepare customer orders using shipping pick lists</li><li>Load and unload trucks with accuracy and care</li><li>Organize, stack, wrap, and stage products for outbound shipments</li><li>Receive inbound materials and store them in proper warehouse locations</li><li>Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, shortages, or discrepancies</li><li>Verify shipments against Bills of Lading and report any issues promptly</li><li>Use RF scanners to track inventory and maintain system accuracy</li><li>Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
