This role supports both new product development and sustaining engineering efforts, driving product excellence from concept through production and life cycle support. The Product Manufacturing Engineer plays a critical role in improving manufacturability, reducing cost, enhancing quality, and supporting innovation and growth initiatives within a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.</span></p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><strong><u>Essential Responsibilities:</u></strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\">Product &amp; The Product Manufacturing Engineer plays a critical role in improving manufacturability, reducing cost, enhancing quality, and supporting innovation and growth initiatives within a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nEssential Responsibilities:\\n\\n\\n\\n\\n\\n\\tProduct &amp; Manufacturing Support:\\n\\n\\t\\n\\t\\tServe as the primary interface between design engineers and manufacturing teams.\\n\\t\\tAct as the subject-matter expert for assigned product lines, ensuring adherence to design intent, technical specifications, and compliance requirements.\\n\\t\\tProvide engineering support to Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Service teams.\\n\\t\\tSupport and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), part numbers, sub-assemblies, and raw materials within the ERP system.\\n\\t\\tSupport manufacturing process improvements to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.\\n\\t\\tApply lean manufacturing principles to improve assembly processes and reduce waste.\\n\\t\\tSupport high-mix, low-volume production needs with flexible and scalable engineering solutions.\\n\\t\\tParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, sustainability, and quality enhancement.\\n\\t\\tProvide technical support to internal teams, sales, and external customers as needed.\\n\\t\\tPerform other duties as assigned. \\n\\t\\n\\t\\n\\tNew Product Development &amp; Sustaining Engineering:\\n\\t\\n\\t\\tParticipate in all phases of new product development, including ideation, concept development, design reviews, validation testing, and production launch.\\n\\t\\tCollaborate cross-functionally during stage-gate processes to ensure on-time product launches.\\n\\t\\tSupport product improvements, model refreshes, and legacy product updates.\\n\\t\\tDrive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) initiatives.\\n\\t\\n\\t\\n\\tEngineering Documentation &amp; CAD:\\n\\t\\n\\t\\tPartnering with CAD department in reviewing CAD models and engineering drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.\\n\\t\\tMaintain revision control and manage engineering changes through formal ECN processes.\\n\\t\\tManage design documentation using internal document control systems.\\n\\t\\tCreate and update process documentation and work instructions.\\n\\t\\n\\t\\n\\tOther duties as assigned\\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nRequirements for Effective Performance:\\n\\n\\n\\tBachelor&rsquo;s degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.\\n\\t3+ years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related role in a manufacturing environment\\n\\tDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.\\n\\tProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and 3D CAD software (SolidWorks).\\n\\tOccasional domestic travel via motor vehicle or aircraft\\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nSkills/Abilities/Specifications:\\n\\n\\n\\tStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.\\n\\tStrong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.\\n\\tAbility to analyze information and make appropriate technical recommendations.\\n\\tAbility to prioritize multiple competing responsibilities, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results.\\n\\tStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail.\\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nBehavioral &amp; Environmental Requirements:\\n\\n\\n\\tMaintain a positive work attitude.
