    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.14.30/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.14.30/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p><p>The Mutuel Supervisor assists in overseeing the daily operations of the pari-mutuel wagering, adherence to regulatory standards, and exceptional customer service.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ensure that all betting transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with regulatory and company policies.</li><li>Monitor wagering activity and escalate any unusual behavior or technical issues to appropriate management or departments.</li><li>Provide daily operational support, including opening/closing procedures.</li><li>Resolve customer disputes or escalate complex issues to the Mutuel Manager as necessary.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and secure environment.</li><li>Work in coordination with Risk Management and Compliance teams to ensure proper documentation and incident reporting.</li></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>You will be responsible to report shortages and overages to the Mutuel Manager.</li><li>Will be handling large sums of money.</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>REPORTING LINE</strong></p><p>You will report directly to the Mutuel Manager and then to the Director of Racing</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Previous cash handling experience preferred.</li><li>Must be capable to implement the WV rules of Racing.&nbsp;</li><li>Confidentiality of procedures and information is a must.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Basic knowledge of computer operations&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication skills.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Must be committed to 100% customer service.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to comprehend a Union contract</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be well organized and detail oriented and be able to multi-task.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Must be at least 21.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain and maintain a WV Racing License.</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATIONAL AND/OR EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p>High School Diploma or equivalent.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong></p><p>You will need to be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time. May be exposed to working in a noisy, lights, smoke secondary smoke environment.
