Reporting to the Banquet Manager, this role ensures that all events are properly prepared and executed, supporting banquet servers, event staff, and clients. The Banquet Houseperson ensures that the physical setup of events aligns with client expectations and resort standards, maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient event environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Specifications:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Onsite:</strong> Black Desert Resort<strong>Shift & Schedule Availability:</strong> Year-Round / On Call</p>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $14/hr plus portion of set up service charges. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
