As a Lead Guide, you’ll be responsible for cultivating an environment that reflects the Montessori Method, while working closely with your team to create a collaborative and inspiring classroom. Our Primary Community (ages 3-6 years old) supports 36 children with a teaching team of 3 teachers: 1 Lead Teacher and a teaching team of 2 Assistant Teachers.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead a classroom based on the Montessori philosophy, ensuring a supportive, thoughtful environment for all children.</li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with families, working together to support each child's unique needs.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with fellow educators in an open, communicative, and positive team environment.</li>\n<li>Foster a sense of independence, self-control, and love of learning in each child.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).</li>\n<li>Montessori Primary Credential from a MACTE-accredited program.</li>\n<li>At least 1 year of experience in a Montessori classroom with children of Primary age.</li>\n<li>If you're new to leading a classroom but have completed Montessori training (or are ready to pursue it), we encourage you to apply!
