The Airborne Asset Adaptation (A3) Cell acts as the central command and coordination hub, managing requirements and external interfaces from inception to operational delivery. Specialized technical execution is delivered by the Aircraft Integration Centre (AIC), a Part 145 facility focused on airframe modification, and Aerospace Design (ASD), which provides organic design engineering and FAA-authorized certification. Collectively, these elements bridge the gap between initial requirements and the deployment of flight-certified, mission-ready assets.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><strong>Position Summary </strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day avionics and electrical production operations on the hangar floor in a high op-tempo aircraft modification environment. The Avionics Senior Lead implements and coordinates aircraft modification projects, manpower assignments, oversees work execution, and ensures that all maintenance activities align with repair station policies, procedures, and customer requirements. Working directly for the Director of Maintenance, you will assist in managing project schedules, respond to AOG situations, coordinate vendor resources, and help define detailed work scopes for complex modifications and special inspections. This role will require you to coordinate between technicians, engineering, and logistics in order to drive operational efficiency improvements and ensure seamless coordination across multiple concurrent ISR integration programs. This role requires hands-on technical leadership combined with strong organizational skills to drive production efficiency, quality, and on time delivery of mission ready aircraft.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">What You&rsquo;ll Do</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 26px;\"><li>Plan and implement avionics and electrical maintenance workflows.</li><li>Contribute to work scope definition and execution planning by evaluating engineering drawings, determining personnel and tooling needs, and estimating labor hours for modification and maintenance tasks.</li><li>Manage day-to-day avionics and electrical work activities on the hangar floor.</li><li>Oversee parts ordering and status tracking as it relates to aircraft delivery timelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate any outside vendor services required to meet statement of work requirements.</li><li>Monitor and optimize hangar floor operations to maximize throughput while maintaining quality standards.</li><li>Support business development by providing technical expertise, labor estimates, and workload capacity assessments for new projects and aircraft.</li><li>Perform other duties, responsibilities, and projects assigned by management.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">What You&rsquo;ll bring&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Required</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Minimum 8 years of aircraft maintenance experience.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience within an FAA Part 145 Repair Station environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge of 14 CFR Part 43 and return to service requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated experience with standard enterprise IT utilities.</li><li>Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100, and process improvement systems.</li></ul><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:18.0pt;\">Preferred</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Working knowledge of 14 CFR Part 21 and adjacent processes, including design, fabrication, prototyping, and conformity processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Prior experience in aircraft modification, military integration programs, or special mission aircraft.</li><li>Experience with production scheduling, critical path management, and AOG response coordination.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.</li></ul><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><strong>Additional Eligibility Qualifications </strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>None</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:36.0pt;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><strong>Our Firmware&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">At Metrea, our single core value, Rooted in Humility, and our four cornerstone attributes&mdash;Entrepreneurial, Systematic, Discerning, and Over-Deliver.
