This is your opportunity to guide the installation of fire sprinkler systems and make a lasting impact across diverse fire protection projects.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the layout, assembly, and installation of fire sprinkler piping systems and fire pumps for commercial and industrial buildings </li>\n <li>Oversee on-site work crews, ensuring installations comply with NFPA standards, local codes, and customer requirements</li>\n <li>Conduct hydrostatic testing to verify system functionality and identify leaks </li>\n <li>Perform final inspections with the local, state, and county AHJ’s</li>\n <li>Serve as a technical expert for the team, interpreting work specifications, fire codes, and training junior team members to ensure consistency in project execution</li>\n <li>Maintain positive client relationships and clear communication on project status including relaying potential change orders or service needs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>\n <li>Minimum of 7 years of industry experience required</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of the fire protection industry including NFPA standards, local codes, and best practices</li>\n <li>Proven leadership skills with prior experience overseeing field crews</li>\n <li>Proficiency in reading and redlining fabrication drawings</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and a positive customer service attitude</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently, adapt to various physical work environments, and lift heavy objects</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license required</li>\n <li>OSHA 30 training required or must obtain within 30 days of employment</li>\n <li>Sales aptitude a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why You'll Love It Here:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Make a measurable impact while mentoring the next generation of fire protection talent</li>\n <li>Be part of a team that delivers highly specialized fire protection engineering services and cutting-edge solutions, addressing the most challenging fire risks with an adaptable mindset</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Curious about the impactful work our Fire Protection Services team is doing?
