    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a Waterfront Test Manager with a secret clearance and 3 years of HM&E maintenance, testing & repair experience to join our team in Norfolk, VA</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide Waterfront Test Manager / Test Coordinator support services to NSWC-PD Department 20 Machinery Programs and Platforms for Surface Ships.</li>\n <li>Coordinate the execution of NSWC-PD test procedures across varying shifts for personnel safety</li>\n <li>Coordinate shipyard test support amongst NSWC-PD Codes</li>\n <li>Interface with shipyard test management personnel</li>\n <li>Provide weekly status reports per CDRL A001</li>\n <li>Specialize in Quality Assurance / Quality Control</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Provide daily support and interface of the following activities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Shipboard Systems Safety Plans with in-depth knowledge of Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO).</li>\n <li>Shipboard Testing with in-depth knowledge of the Shipboard WAF process and eSOMS system</li>\n <li>Quality Assurance Issues</li>\n <li>Schedule and Dashboard Development and Maintenance</li>\n <li>Assisting with Data Calls</li>\n <li>Modernization-related travel plans for waterfront support</li>\n <li>Deliverables</li>\n <li>Action items</li>\n <li>Provide meeting support</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED along with graduate of a military school which demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Naval shipboard systems maintenance and operation OR</li>\n <li>A graduate of a trade, industrial or correspondence school for engineering and have 19 years of Navy Surface ship experience with a minimum of three (3) years experience in the operation, maintenance, testing and repair of HM&E equipment installed on US Navy Surface Ships or Submarines</li>\n <li>Active Secret Security Clearance</li>\n <li>U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-EW1</p>\n<h2>EEO Statement</h2>EEO Race/Sex/Disability Status/Veteran Status",
