    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Job Summary</u></strong></p>\n<p>The <i><strong>Sr. Manager, Strategic Planning (Thermal)</strong></i> drives strategic planning, growth initiatives, and business transformation programs across the Thermal business globally.
