We would love to have you come join the party.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About Our Opportunity</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>We are seeking a Machine Operator for our Louisville manufacturing facility. A Machine Operator will perform various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on assigned machines. The Machine Operator will also be responsible for inspecting parts to specifications and make any adjustments or changes necessary to maintain a quality product. Provide detailed feedback about your line, and the issues occurring. Report machine settings on your line daily. Being involved in CIL&rsquo;s (clean inspect &amp; lubrication) each day to keep machines clean and find defective parts. Keep tools in their designated area and keep a clean workspace.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Operate and maintain a minimum of two forming presses along with two sets of packaging lines.</li><li>Troubleshoot problems during operation for both the forming presses and packaging line equipment.</li><li>Supply and install all raw material for the forming presses and packaging equipment as needed.</li><li>Monitor quality of product as it is discharged from forming machines, such as formation, stack configuration, print quality, delivery to packaging line, etc.</li><li>Monitor the quality of the packaged product after passing through the packaging line.</li><li>Execute and maintain all WSWD procedures and standards:</li><li>Peer to Peer communication&mdash;Huddle to discuss status of production line with shift counterparts. Document productivity and losses</li><li>Centerlines&mdash;Confirm machine settings and complete deviations when setting note to standard.</li><li>CIL&rsquo;s&mdash;Clean and inspect equipment daily to find and report defects.</li><li>Defect Handling&mdash;Complete defect tags for any defects found on the equipment.</li><li>6S&mdash;Maintain workspace organization.</li><li>Breakdown Elimination&mdash;Tag parts removed and replaced during a breakdown.
