Our highly trained and respected clinical team provides treatment services that maximize functionality and promote the best optimal outcomes for our patients. We take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping all of our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love. </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us: (for full-time at 32+ hours)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits package and company matching 401(k) plans</li>\n <li>Industrywide unmatched continuing education (CEU) program with unlimited access to CEU courses, national certifications and more</li>\n <li>Indefinite student debt benefit program</li>\n <li>Competitive compensation with annual performance reviews</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.</li>\n <li>Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Minimum Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program</li>\n <li>Outpatient clinical rotation if a new grad or student PTA</li>\n <li>Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if a practicing clinician</li>\n <li>Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE</li>\n <li>Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)</li>\n <li>CPR certification</li>\n</ul>",
