    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position:</strong> Shuttle Driver&nbsp;<br><strong>Reports to:&nbsp;</strong>Front Office Manager</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;Transport guests and staff to/from assigned destinations using a property vehicle. Document all trips before the start of and after each trip. Park vehicles in designated locations when not in use. Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness. Check the property vehicle&#39;s tire pressure and fluid levels and refuel as necessary. Notify appropriate personnel of any vehicle maintenance needs. Document all vehicle incidents (i.e., damages, accidents) and provide reports of incidents to the manager/supervisor.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>To successfully perform this job, an individual must perform each essential duty listed below. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.</em></p><div style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">Ability to operate and drive a 15-person shuttle van.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">Ability to sit for extended durations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">Ability to navigate maps and follow directions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">Must follow traffic laws and obey speed limits.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Experience:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.5in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">two years of previous driving experience preferred.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.5in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">Must have a Valid U.S. Driver&rsquo;s License.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">Must have a clean driving record.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">Ability to work nights, weekends &amp; holidays as required.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">Required to maintain a clean, professional, and groomed appearance and adhere to all company policies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">Using professional language and following proper etiquette.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and reporting accidents or unusual behavior/conditions to the manager.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>These physical requirements for this position may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\">While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and drive for extended periods, twist at the neck and trunk, and bend at the waist.
