This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to Gravity Haus standards. Haus’keepers are expected to work efficiently and independently, completing their daily room assignments with minimal oversight, while embodying the Gravity Haus values of service, community, and excellence.</p><p>Housekeeper II consistently meets or exceeds productivity and quality standards. This role works independently, handles more complex assignments, and supports overall team efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform detailed cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, replenishing linens and amenities, and ensuring overall room readiness.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of hallways, common areas, and service spaces as assigned.</li><li>Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and guest concerns promptly to supervisors.</li><li>Follow established procedures for the safe use of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.</li><li>Restock housekeeping carts daily and ensure supply closets remain clean and organized.</li><li>Work with minimal supervision while demonstrating initiative, reliability, and attention to detail.</li><li>Maintain high inspection scores</li><li>Handle VIP rooms, suites, and high-turnover days</li><li>Support onboarding of Housekeeper I team members</li><li>Identify recurring maintenance or quality issues proactively</li><li>May perform room inspections when assigned</li><li>Uphold Gravity Haus’ values by providing friendly and professional service to guests and members when encountered during duties.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years hotel housekeeping experience</li><li>Consistent productivity performance and track record</li><li>Ability to work independently and complete assigned room quotas consistently.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.</li><li>Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.</li><li>Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods,</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours).</li><li>Frequent bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching.</li><li>Must be able to lift, carry, or push up to 30 lbs. regularly.</li><li>Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About Gravity Haus</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Gravity Haus is a community-driven adventure lifestyle brand with hotels, restaurants, and experiences that empower a modern way of travel.
