      "content": "\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience leading, supervising, or coordinating teams within a structural steel fabrication environment.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of welding, fit-up, layout, and structural steel manufacturing processes.</li>\n<li>Experience working with CNC fabrication equipment and production machinery.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and shop documentation.</li>\n<li>Understanding of manufacturing safety practices, quality requirements, and production scheduling.</li>\n<li>Experience with Tekla EPM/GO is preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting abilities.</li>\n<li>Ability to work overtime, weekends, or modified schedules when production demands require.</li>\n"
