This position focuses on daily cash positioning, forecasting and analysis of cash flows, and supporting Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and banking platforms. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position will work out of our midtown Manhattan, NY office with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule.</p>\n<p>This role is structured to support career advancement within treasury and finance. The Senior Treasury Analyst will gain exposure to senior finance leadership, collaborate with Accounting and FP&A, and contribute to both operational and strategic treasury initiatives. As responsibilities expand across liquidity management, treasury systems optimization, and enterprise projects, this role offers a clear path toward advancement into Treasury Manager or broader finance leadership roles, based on performance and business needs. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Daily cash positioning and liquidity management </li>\n <li>Short- and long-term cash flow forecasting and variance analysis </li>\n <li>Cash and working capital analysis </li>\n <li>Treasury Management System (TMS) support and optimization </li>\n <li>Execution of payments and banking transactions </li>\n <li>Cash reconciliations and month-end close support </li>\n <li>Bank account administration </li>\n <li>Process improvement and automation initiatives </li>\n <li>Execute spot FX trades for cross border transactions </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA/CTP preferred.</li>\n <li>4–7+ years of progressive treasury or corporate finance experience.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, and banking operations.</li>\n <li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to senior leadership.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to improve processes and implement scalable solutions.</li>\n <li>Strong cash flow forecasting and analytical skills </li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) </li>\n <li>Experience using banking platforms </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PAY AND BENEFITS</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our benefit offerings include choice of two medical plans and two dental plans, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts (FSAs), company-paid life insurance and AD&D, optional additional life insurance and AD&D, disability insurance, paid parental leave, paid time off, 401k Plan with company match, discounted employee travel options, access to LinkedIn Learning webinars and courses.
