SKIMS is seeking a Director of Organic Growth to lead the global SEO and AI-driven search strategy across our digital ecosystem. This role owns the end-to-end organic roadmap, including technical SEO, content strategy, GEO/AEO innovation, and local store visibility to drive scalable customer acquisition and revenue impact. Partnering closely with Digital Product, Engineering, Site Merchandising, Creative, Retail, and Customer Experience teams, this leader will embed search-first thinking into the roadmap while communicating measurable impacts on business outcomes. Develop and execute a holistic global SEO + GEO/AEO strategy aligned to SKIMS business goals, balancing technical and content initiatives. Partner closely with Digital Product, Engineering, Site Merch and Creative/Brand to ensure SEO is embedded into the digital roadmap, site experiences, and campaign planning. Monitor, analyze, and report organic performance to leadership and cross-functional teams. Clearly communicating results, trends, risks, and future opportunities while owning outcomes end-to-end. Serve as the resident search expert by staying ahead of algorithm shifts and industry trends, educating internal teams and external partners, and managing agencies/contractors through influence and strong operating cadence. Own local listings as a dedicated organic growth lever and drive store reputation visibility initiatives in partnership with Retail and Customer Experience teams. 7+ years of SEO experience with a proven track record of driving significant organic growth through a deep expertise in both technical and content strategies. Strong proficiency in platforms including Google Search Console, SEMrush, Botify (or equivalent enterprise crawling tools), and emerging AI search measurement platforms. Demonstrated curiosity and innovation in the evolving search landscape, AI, GEO/AEO, and the evolving search landscape, with specific examples of experimentation and impact rather than surface-level familiarity. Highly operational mindset with the ability to roll up sleeves to build new processes, workflows, reporting systems, and scalable execution rhythms across teams and agency partners.
