    "description": "<p>The Grounds Supervisor will provide critical support to the Splashdown Beach Grounds department. This position will assist in overseeing the landscaping and park cleanliness prior, during, and after park hours throughout the year. This is a year round position that comes with a competitive wage and benefits package, including medical, dental, supplemental insurance, profit sharing plan, 401k, PTO, and meals. Come work with the greatest hospitality team in the Hudson Valley!</p>\n\n<p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Help oversee&nbsp;a staff of approximately 10 groundskeepers&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, hiring, department inventory and staff training as needed&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Oversees the daily watering, and deadheading of all plant material on property along with weeding and cleaning of all landscape beds.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Daily tasks may include the use of heavy equipment and machinery such as backhoe, extendable forklift, boom lift, backpack blowers, pressure washers, weed eaters and lawn mower, and conducting routine park inspections</li>\n\t<li>Responds to all guests&rsquo; needs and complaints in a kind professional manner while providing outstanding customer service.</li>\n\t<li>Ensures all landscaping equipment and power tools are functioning at all times and repair if possible</li>\n\t<li>Works closely with the Director of Operations and the General Manager to maintain a clean, safe friendly environment for all staff and guests</li>\n\t<li>Any additional tasks as assigned by management</li>\n</ul>\n",
