This is an excellent opportunity for junior professionals or recent STEM graduates looking to launch their careers within the Intelligence Community while working alongside cutting-edge technologies and mission-focused teams.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role supports GEOINT-focused operations and requires individuals who are analytical, technically skilled, and eager to learn in a fast-paced mission environment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support data exploitation and analytic efforts for mission-focused GEOINT operations</li>\n <li>Develop and enhance data-driven analytic methodologies</li>\n <li>Work with structured and unstructured datasets to support operational intelligence needs</li>\n <li>Collaborate with technical and analytic teams to build scalable data solutions</li>\n <li>Leverage Python and SQL to manipulate, analyze, and visualize data</li>\n <li>Contribute to mission innovation and emerging analytic capabilities within the IC</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Candidates must meet one of the following GEO-SPI Junior qualification pathways:</li>\n <li>Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Required Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to undergo a CI Polygraph</li>\n <li>Ability to work onsite in Springfield, VA, 40 hours per week (no telework available)</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Python</li>\n <li>Intermediate SQL skills</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities</li>\n <li>Ability to adapt to dynamic mission requirements and learn new technologies quickly</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of GEOINT collection and NGA/NRO systems</li>\n <li>Experience with visualization platforms such as Grafana, Tableau, or Kibana</li>\n <li>Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS</li>\n <li>Experience with object-oriented programming methodologies</li>\n <li>Experience developing or testing analytic methodologies and workflows</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Bluehawk, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer/EOE Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity</em></p>",
