You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference, and be part of a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze user needs and test software solutions using agile methodology</li>\n <li>• Create test models for release testing (plans, data and scripts) including the identification, collection and/or creation of test data</li>\n <li>• Determine and meet time estimates and schedules for testing efforts</li>\n <li>• Define Release Test Plans and criteria for user acceptance including entry/exit criteria</li>\n <li>• Develop, update and maintain quality testing standards and procedures</li>\n <li>• Assist in the planning, creation, and control of the test environment(s)</li>\n <li>• Follow standard testing methodology frameworks, testing processes as a standard</li>\n <li>• Co-ordinate testing specific release activities</li>\n <li>• Determine and meet time estimates and schedules for testing efforts</li>\n <li>• Create test models for release testing (plans, data and scripts) pate in structured walk-through and peer reviews</li>\n <li>• Participate in the coordination and execution of release testing</li>\n <li>• Update and test release installation procedures</li>\n <li>• Participate in Lessons Learned as appropriate</li>\n <li>• Identify defects and questionable functionality; manage defects through to closure</li>\n <li>• Resolve issues with unclear requirements and achieve a successful result</li>\n <li>• Triage and solve complex problems using structured troubleshooting methodologies</li>\n <li>• Quick learner, work independently as well as work collaboratively in a team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications for Consideration:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience</li>\n <li>Minimum of 8 years of experience as QA lead</li>\n <li>Experience in creating test plans, test estimates, test schedules and implementing test strategies</li>\n <li>Solid experience in writing complex SQL statements for data validations</li>\n <li>Solid experience in Database and Batch Job testing</li>\n <li>Ability to design, develop, test and debug tests cases/Scripts/plans/strategy documents</li>\n <li>Minimum 8 years’ experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of software development life cycle(s) (SDLC).</li>\n <li>Extensive experience in Test Management tools building Test Plans and Test Cases using tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps</li>\n <li>Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and team members</li>\n <li>Strong hands-on experience in Test Automation and EDI, HIPAA, PHI Testing</li>\n <li>Experience in Cognos &amp; Tableau reporting tools</li>\n <li>Experience in testing federal, T-MSIS and CMS reports</li>\n <li>Experience in ELT, preferably Informatcica &amp; EDW</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working for You</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>We offer perks and rewards designed to support you:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Health &amp; Welfare Benefits: </strong>Comprehensive plans tailored to your needs, effective from day one.&nbsp;</li>\n <li><strong>Retirement Savings: </strong>Robust programs to help you secure your financial future.&nbsp;</li>\n <li><strong>Employee Discounts: </strong>Access to a wide range of discounts on merchandise, services, travel, and more.&nbsp;</li>\n <li><strong>Career Growth Opportunities: </strong>Paths for advancement within a global organization.&nbsp;</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Training: </strong>Learn while you earn with award-winning learning platforms.&nbsp;</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Time Off: </strong>Competitive PTO packages to help you recharge.&nbsp;</li>\n <li><strong>Great Work Environment: </strong>Join an award-winning culture that values diversity and inclusion.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Join Us:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>At Conduent, we are united by a shared mission.
