      "content": "\n<li>Establish a culture of excellence in Occupational Health &amp; Safety and ensure that teams on site always follow OHS best practices. &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ensure the work proceeds smoothly and efficiently from day to day.  &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Make sure the work progresses as planned, open and close the site, manage various trades, and supervise subcontractors. &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Cultivate a collaborative environment, ensuring positive interactions between clients, building users, subcontractors, and operators. &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Check quality of work and ensure conformity with plans and specifications. &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Represent the project engineers when they are not able to be on site and support them in a variety of related tasks that they need your help with.</li>\n"

      "content": "<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>At least 8 years of experience working and supervising work on construction sites. </li>\n<li>Specific knowledge of HVAC systems is required. </li>\n<li>Ability to read and understand plans and specifications. </li>\n<li>Knowledgeable about OHS standards and regulations. </li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license. </li>\n<li>Comfortable using MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). </li>\n<li>Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts between diverse stakeholders, often under stressful circumstances. </li>\n<li>Ability to act as Ecosystem’s representative with all stakeholders and negotiate with professionalism. </li>\n</ul>"
