This position works on site primarily in our Thorndale, PA, but will sometimes work in our Exton, PA office. Housing and relocation are not offered.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Essential Functions and projects:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Validation of a new powder flow analyzer for use in QC laboratory testing, including data collection, analysis, and documentation support</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Development and initial rollout support for a digital and/or AI‑enabled solution for process manufacturing reporting to improve data accessibility and consistency</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Testing of incoming raw materials to verify supplier certificates of analysis (COAs), supporting supplier quality assurance efforts and product manufacturing efficiencies</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participation in quality complaint investigation activities as part of structured training, including supervised exposure to analytical instrumentation such as:&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Optical microscopy</li><li>Scanning electron microscopy (SEM)</li><li>Energy dispersive X‑ray (EDX) analysis</li><li>Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)</li><li>Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC)</li><li>Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA)</li><li>Physical properties testing equipment</li></ul></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Currently pursuing an undergraduate Material, Chemical, or Chemical Engineering degree at an accredited college/university, Junior and Senior level required.
