This role requires experience in the Long-Term Care Pharmacy technician field.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>A Pharmacy Technician takes prescriptions and prepares medication for patients at the pharmacy, long term care facilities: their other duties include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receiving and verifying the accuracy and authenticity of prescriptions</li>\n<li>Calculating the price of prescriptions</li>\n<li>Reviewing and recording patient information with their prescription in compliance with the guidelines of the General Pharmaceutical Council</li>\n<li>Stocking the pharmacy with inventory</li>\n<li>Providing instructions to educate people on the correct way to take their medicine</li>\n<li>Supporting the Pharmacist in the daily operation of the pharmacy</li>\n<li>Protecting employees and patients by adhering to infection-control protocols and policies</li>\n<li>Disbursing completed and confirmed prescriptions to patients and facilities</li>\n<li>Answering incoming calls and fielding patient/facility questions</li>\n<li>Maintaining a clean and safe pharmacy by complying with regulations, rules and procedures'</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Full-Time Benefits Offered!</p>\n<p>Paid Weekly!</p>\n<p>Pleasant Work Environment!  </p>",
