As a key member of our team at Kapili Construction, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, representing our brand in the community and creating a strong, positive first impression. Your primary focus will be engaging with homeowners, building trust, and generating interest in our roofing and exterior services.
In this role, you will proactively schedule qualified appointments for our sales team, helping drive company growth and ensuring homeowners receive the guidance they need to protect and improve their homes. Success in this position comes from your ability to connect with people, communicate value clearly, and create a positive experience with every interaction.
Compensation & Growth
