You will work with talented professionals in an open and friendly work environment, where personal and professional growth is supported, and hard work is rewarded.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary: $150,000-230,000K (DOE)</p>\n<h2><p><em>What You'll Do:</em></p></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage the successful delivery of multidisciplinary transportation projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget expectations are met.</li>\n <li>Lead or contribute to project scoping, budgeting, and QA/QC reviews</li>\n <li>Provide mentoring and training to staff and support office growth</li>\n <li>Provide strong client services and cultivate long-term partnerships through consistent communication and problem-solving.</li>\n <li>Leverage your established relationships with public agencies, municipalities, CDOT, and/or private sector clients to generate project leads and secure new work.</li>\n <li>Actively engage in networking events, professional associations, and industry conferences to elevate Consor’s visibility.</li>\n <li>Identify and track leads, support go/no-go decisions, and lead proposal strategy and development.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and lead pursuit teams, including premarketing efforts, interviews, scoping and contract negotiations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><p><em>What You'll Need:</em></p></h2>\n<p><strong>Required Credentials</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>12+ years of transportation industry with 5+ years of proven project management experience </li>\n <li>Professional Engineer license (PE) in Colorado or pathway to receive your PE within one year.</li>\n <li>Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE), or related discipline</li>\n <li>Strong, established network in Colorado with a record of winning and delivering multidisciplinary transportation projects.</li>\n <li>Proven experience leading proposals and winning work across public-sector clients.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Preferred Qualifications </strong>(not required)</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven comprehensive plans, specifications, and estimate delivery experience.</li>\n <li>Design experience with capital infrastructure projects with public sector clients.</li>\n <li>Experience training and mentoring staff.</li>\n <li>Prior consulting experience managing municipal (state, county, city) projects.</li>\n <li>Deep knowledge of Colorado transportation policies, processes and key decision makers.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with multiple priorities.</li>\n <li>Attention to detail, delivering quality work products and excellent client service.</li>\n</ul> While performing the duties of this job, physical demands of the employee include frequent sitting, moving, standing, talking, hearing, and occasional balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, grasping, and feeling.
