Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, this role provides support to the HR Business Partner team, managers, and teammates to ensure we meet business objectives through best people practices.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists with the collection and analysis of HR metrics to gain insights that help drive the development of people strategy (ex: exit interviews, stay interviews, turnover trends, Core Value Index survey analysis, etc.).</li>\n <li>Assists HRBPs in the creation/editing of documentation related to human capital (e.g., performance management documents, development plans, etc.).</li>\n <li>Supports various programs and ad hoc projects within the HR department (new hire orientation, New Leader Training, etc.).</li>\n <li>Monitors and responds to assigned cases (questions, concerns, etc.) within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery tool, escalating trends or broader issues for review and resolution.</li>\n <li>Provides administrative support for various HR processes, including transfers, promotions, market adjustment, and offboarding; including preparing and processing relevant documentation.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>\n <li>Complies with all policies and standards</li>\n <li>The wage range for this position is $68,640.00-$98,760.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<b>Education</b>• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business, or Related Field (Required) \n<b>Experience</b>• 3+ years () \n<b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</b>• MS Office Suite High• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred • Time management and multi-tasking High• Ability to learn/operate an HRIS system High• Ability to maintain confidential information with discretion High• Strong written and verbal communication skills High• Attention to detail and accuracy High\n<b>Licenses and Certifications</b>• PHR or SHRM-CP - (Preferred) \n<h2>What AIT Can Offer You</h2>\n<p>In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
