Description
Client Engagement Specialist / Sales Rep

JOB SUMMARY:
Make warm and cold outbound calls which includes contacting prospective leads from business development events generating sales results through marketing campaigns and call lists, and successfully up-selling current active customers.
Maintain an expert-level knowledge of the products offered to provide current and potential customers with detailed information and answer questions regarding our products, services, programs, etc
Identify up-sell opportunities and make recommendations based on information from our clients
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and lead conversion goals
Understand and communicate tools and resources to assist active customers with their purchase decision
Proactively seek out and make recommendations for process improvements related to our communications platform
QUALIFICATIONS\EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree in business, sales, management or marketing or related field preferred. High School Diploma required – 2+ years of inside sales experience preferred but to required.
Entry Level position, exciting opportunity to start a career in sales with training provided.
Animal Health industry experience a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Must demonstrate and aptitude and desire to sell, gain market and service knowledge and demonstrate the ability to learn technical product knowledge.
Experienced and familiar with Sales Processes, Sales Scripts & Call Outlines Telecommuting experience
