Your responsibilities include:</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Identifying customer needs to correctly recommend the right tool or equipment</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Creating, modifying, and closing customer contracts accurately</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Loading, unloading, and organizing rental equipment around the yard</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Communicating professionally with customers via phone, email, and in person</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Instructing customers on tool and equipment safety, operation, loading, and unloading</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Inspecting tools, equipment, and trailers for damage and reporting repairs needed</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Recording hours and fuel levels upon rental and return</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Creating and closing service work orders on the computer</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Troubleshooting equipment issues for customers in person and on the phone</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Conducting daily inventory reports for tools and equipment inside the store and outside in the yard</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Scheduling ongoing maintenance to keep equipment in good working condition</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Conducting regular maintenance and minor repairs on various rental equipment (changing fluids, replacing filters, ignition replacements, changing hydraulic lines, and replacing starters and alternators)</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and striving to improve safety standards and reporting any suspicious activity</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Completing related tasks as assigned</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Valid Driver&#39;s License with a clean driving record</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Ability to work Saturdays</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Computer skills and ability to learn new software</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Strong communication skills</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Ability to sit, stand, and walk for the majority of your shift</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Ability to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout your shift</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>We&#39;d Love if You Have:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Mechanical aptitude</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Previous experience operating equipment</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Customer service experience</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Tools and equipment knowledge</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>About Acme Tools</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">For over 75 years, Acme Tools has been a trusted source for tools and equipment throughout North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and online by serving contractors, woodworkers, and DIY enthusiasts top-quality tools from the best brands.
