    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">At ServisFirst, Our Name is Our Mission.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The <strong>Merchant Services Director</strong> is responsible for developing business relationships with clients; promoting business for the Bank by providing exceptional quality customer service; and assisting in achieving established Bank goals through active participation in sales management as well as providing leadership, training and support to less experienced bank personnel. The Merchant Services Director will serve as a subject matter expert in support of a full range of services offered to clients.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The incumbent will:&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Establish and provide training and service programs to orient clients in the operation and maintenance of Merchant Service products</li><li>Demonstrate services and products to prospects, when appropriate, through personal meetings or as part of a coordinated, multi-product sales presentation</li><li>Serve as liaison between current and potential clients and the Bank to resolve questions regarding Merchant Service products and services</li><li>Attend sales meetings and contribute as appropriate</li><li>Keep abreast of changes which might affect sales or operations&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain account records, prepare sales call reports and ensure the accuracy of agreements</li><li>Initiate client relationships and also accompany relationship sales officer/manager on selling missions</li><li>Secure and renew orders, arrange delivery dates and coordinate order fulfillment of other Merchant Service products</li><li>Maintain contact with and service key accounts</li><li>Promote satisfactory client relations via follow-up and check-in calls&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with bank personnel to ensure prompt service to clients</li><li>Provide field technical services to clients in compliance with service contract requirements</li><li>Provide banking solutions to clients by cross-selling appropriate products</li><li>Assist in preparation of proposals for new and existing contracts</li><li>Responsible for being familiar with all compliance regulations and policies that are applicable to this position and follow and ensure compliance with these regulations and policies&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Note: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable otherwise qualified associates/applicants with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Note: Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, business or related field.</li><li>Three (3) years customer service experience required.</li><li>Three (3) years Banking or credit card experience required.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of merchant services products and services with the ability to cross sell applicable products.</li><li>Basic knowledge of related federal and state banking compliance regulations and other Bank operational policies.</li><li>Knowledge of basic accounting.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Ability to analyze and interpret various financial data.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent customer service skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills (grammar, positive tone, etiquette, confidence and listening skills).</li><li>Must be self-motivated and disciplined.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, as demonstrated in previous position meeting multiple objectives and deadlines</li><li>Attention to detail, as demonstrated in previous experience preparing data and checking for accuracy prior to submission.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with officers and employees on all levels.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The physical requirements and environmental conditions of this position consist primarily of:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Sustained standing and sitting</li><li>Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor&nbsp;</li><li>Occasional presentations requiring public speaking to small groups</li><li>Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs</li><li>Travel in and out of state approximately 20% of the time</li><li>Normal office environment with comfortable internal temperatures and low level noise</li></ul><p><strong>EOE/AA</strong></p></div></div></div>\n",
