Responsible for the compilation of data and preparation of inputs into larger reports.</li>\n <li>Performs assessments and projections as part of analysis process. Analyzes factors and components of complex systems to recommend and institute changes to increase efficiency.</li>\n <li>Plans studies of work problems and procedures, such as organizational changes, communication, information flow, integrated production methods, or cost analyses.</li>\n <li>Recommends improvements of modifications in sequence of operations, equipment utilization, and related matters.</li>\n <li>Examines and analyzes current and contemplated operations for developing, defining, and coordinating user requirements that will satisfy the total program need.</li>\n <li>Translates user requirements into system specifications, configuration management plans, life cycle management documentation, and integrated logistics support plans.</li>\n <li>Writes specifications manuals and user documentation for client or user personnel.</li>\n <li>Gathers information from users, defines work problems, and designs a system and procedures to resolve problems.</li>\n <li>May be assigned responsibility for the management of the function, including associated staff.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>15 years of relevant systems engineering, requirements and/or functional analysis experience.</li>\n <li>Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Possess an analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Adept at briefing executives and program IPT level leadership.</li>\n <li>High Proficiency with MS Office applications, including SharePoint.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Transparency Statement</h2>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $170,000.00/Yr. - USD $190,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
