This position reports to the project manager, estimator-in-charge or operations manager. The DM manages the overall process of developing plans and specifications used to establish budgets, obtain client approvals and obtain permits to facilitate the start of construction. The ability to coordinate between architects, engineers, trade partners, specialists, BIM technicians and other stakeholders is required to facilitate designs which can be efficiently built and maintained.",
