    "description": "<p><span>Seeking an experienced Plant Engineer/Maintenance Manager </span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>Need individuals with 7-10  plus years of maintenance management/supervision/engineering experience in manufacturing companies.</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>Positions pay between 85-110k.</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>Essential Skills:</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>--Lead group of maint mechanics and electricians to ensure equipment is maintained for optimal use and keep downtime to a minimum</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>--Lead all capital improvement projects for plant--manage them (Good project management skills)</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>--Track all maintenance related data-OEE data</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>--Ensure computerized maint management system is updated with proper data and used as a tool</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>--Be a key contributor in all continuous improvement activities</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>--Spec out any major projects, equipment installations for the plants</span></p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<p><span>--Have the skill set to help out as necessary in emergency situations</span></p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<p><span>--Be an integral part of the Plant Safety Programs and Processes</span></p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>Desired Skills/Knowledge/Education:</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>--7-10 years plus of progressive maint management experience preferred</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>--Prefer a 4-year degree in something, but a 2-year technical degree with proper experience is sufficient with right experience</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>--Prefer someone who has been hands-on as a mechanic, electrician, or programmer previously</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>--Must have excellent leadership skills and communication skills</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>--Lean background a plus!</span></p>",
