We are an event venue that provides services for track rentals as well as major racing events. We are looking for people who like working in high energy environments that bring skill and passion to their job.</p><p>The ideal candidate will adopt a GLOBE mentality. This is done by holding themselves and their teammates accountable for taking our best practices &ldquo;the last mile&rdquo; &ndash; optimizing them for maximum value to all of our stakeholders while sharing insights on how to improve our company. The ideal candidate will also be a productive and proactive self-starter who is passionate about his/her duties and willing to put forth the extra effort to achieve excellence.</p><p><strong><u>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Knowledge of organization, and department policies, practices, and procedures.</li><li>Knowledge of general knowledge of fluid cleanup, debris cleanup and removal, along with assisting the Operations team with track restoration.</li><li>Skills in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.</li><li>Ability to ability to keep simple records and prepare reports.</li><li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with CMS staff and the public.</li><li>Ability to follow directions effectively, both orally and in writing.</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><strong><u>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:</u></strong>&nbsp;<br>This work requires the regular exertion of up to 25 pounds of force and frequent exertion of over 100 pounds of force; work frequently standing, walking, sitting, speaking or hearing, using hands to finger, handle or feel, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, reaching with hands and arms, pushing or pulling, lifting and repetitive motions; visual inspection involving small defects and small parts, operating machines, operating motor vehicles or equipment and observing general surroundings and activities; work frequently requires exposure to outdoor weather conditions, exposure to bloodborne pathogens and may be required to wear specialized personal protective equipment.
