    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Find your purpose by becoming a Nursing Service Tech/Nursing Assistant in the Float Pool at Rice Memorial Hospital!&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Summary</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Perform routine treatment procedures as directed.</li><li>Assists Staff Nurse in complicated treatment procedures.</li><li>Maintain traction supplies including traction cart every shift.</li><li>Complete all equipment set up as directed.&nbsp;</li><li>Report any changes observed in condition or behavior of patient.</li><li>Communicate any patient complaints of pain to patient's nurse, charge nurse or unit coordinator.</li><li>Assist in and, as necessary, accompany patient in the admission, transfer and discharge procedures.</li><li>Provide and/or assists with personal care as necessary (i.e. baths, dressing of patients, personal hygiene, etc.)</li><li>Assist with patient care, such as positioning patient, lifting and turning patient with proper body mechanics, applying/utilizing special equipment as necessary and ambulating the patient as directed.</li><li>Under supervision, perform general care activities for patients in isolation.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>60 hours every 2 weeks&nbsp;</li><li>Rotating day, evening and night shifts (all shifts)&nbsp;both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts</li><li>Every 3<sup>rd</sup> weekend</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Starting pay begins at $19.08 per hour and increases with experience<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Pay range: $19.08 to $25.30 per hour</li></ul></li><li>Fulltime&nbsp;<a href=\"https://nam10.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https://jobs.centracare.com/us/en/benefits&amp;data=05|02|[email protected]|75f28a1af3f94f661d6908dd0a8486a5|1c45913baa5f4d3b9bfc987ab127fe57|0|0|638678286512771816|Unknown|TWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ==|0|||&amp;sdata=O5LX0cZnmcv/zF4RIhkVzViW6hVvTmwwLVLm4lzNbzo=&amp;reserved=0\">benefits</a>: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>Certified Nursing Assistant, preferred.</li><li>Previous orderly or nurse aide experience preferred.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\">CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
