    "description_html": "<p>The Customer Care Representative role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and requests while maintaining the highest level of customer service and confidentiality.</p><p><br></p><p>Duties and Responsibilities</p><p>• Provide strong customer service while listening and eliciting information efficiently to resolve customer issues.</p><p>• Recognize when to leverage resources to resolve customer issues and/or concerns.</p><p>• Process customer transactions including but not limited to funds transfer, loan payments and check orders.</p><p>• Assist customers with account, online banking, BillPay and debit card inquiries.</p><p>• Maintenance account changes, or as necessary, closures are warranted.</p><p>• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services.</p><p>• Provide support for Deposit Operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p><p>• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally at both written and verbal levels.</p><p>• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and high degree of accuracy.</p><p>• Microsoft Office, or equivalent, knowledge.</p><p>• Ability to operate a multi-line phone system.</p><p><br></p><p>*This job description is not intended to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of employees in this position.
