    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Perform routine and non-routine cleaning tasks along with other staff on Meltblown equipment assuring their ongoing cleanliness</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to set-up, operate and troubleshoot and/or make proper machine adjustments to the process to produce quality product that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations</span></li>\n <li><span>Understand and be able to do basic upkeep and troubleshooting on the following equipment:&nbsp;</span>\n  <ul>\n   <li><span>Meltblown machines in total including all sub-systems</span></li>\n   <li><span>TSI Testers</span></li>\n   <li><span>Cutters</span></li>\n   <li><span>Presses</span></li>\n   <li><span>Resin drying equipment</span></li>\n   <li><span>Resin mixing equipment</span></li>\n   <li><span>Silo and sensor for silo depth</span></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><span>Collaborate with and support engineering from Neillsville and Stoughton with new processes and products</span></li>\n <li><span>Directly engage engineering and maintenance in a timely manner to assist with issues</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist in creation of documentation for existing and new processes and procedures</span></li>\n <li><span>Properly complete all documentation within the department including quality records, maintenance logs, production logs, 5S scores, etc as directed</span></li>\n <li><span>Understand and apply media specifications as needed to maintain product quality.</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist in managing scrap amounts by promptly addressing causes of scrap including involving engineering or maintenance</span></li>\n <li><span>Calibrate machines and testing equipment per schedule and as needed, perform quality test procedures as required.</span></li>\n <li><span>Support and maintain OE initiatives throughout designated work area</span></li>\n <li><span>Responsible for completing weekly and monthly Preventative Maintenance on equipment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Apply all safety, quality, ITAR, and other plant processes and procedures to the products</span></li>\n <li><span>Keep department organized and focused to meet production demands (5S – Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)</span></li>\n <li><span>Communicate effectively with department, maintenance, engineering, plant leadership, and any other co-workers</span></li>\n <li><span>Demonstrated ability to perform critical job functions (as outlined above) and train new employees in the department.</span></li>\n <li><span>Other duties as assigned by the team leader or manager</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Ability to follow directions, read blueprints, job data sheets, safety instructions, etc</span></li>\n <li><span>Good written and oral communication skills</span></li>\n <li><span>Must be a quick learner with strong problem solving skills</span></li>\n <li><span>Must be very adaptive to change and be an active change agent</span></li>\n <li><span>Must be motivated and self-driven, able to work with minimal supervision</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>1-2 years experience working in a similar position is preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Must be able to walk/stand at least 75% of the time including during required overtime hours.</span></li>\n <li><span>Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs</span></li>\n</ul>",
