    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Position Summary</p>\n<p>The Director of HR Technology &amp; AI Transformation is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, optimization, and innovation of NOV’s Oracle HCM ecosystem and broader HR technology landscape. This role drives enterprise HR digital transformation initiatives with a focus on AI-enabled capabilities, automation, workforce intelligence, employee experience, and scalable cloud-based HR solutions.<br><br>\n This leader partners closely with HR, IT, Finance, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to ensure Oracle HCM and integrated HR technologies support organizational growth, operational excellence, compliance, and data-driven workforce decisions.</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the enterprise strategy, roadmap, and governance for Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management.</li>\n <li>Lead Oracle HCM release evaluation activities, including fit-gap analysis, regression testing, and stakeholder review.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Lead adoption of AI and intelligent automation within Oracle HCM and related HR platforms.</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities to leverage Oracle Digital Assistant, generative AI capabilities, predictive workforce analytics, and intelligent workflows.</li>\n <li>Oversee HR system integrations between Oracle HCM and enterprise platforms.</li>\n <li>Assess opportunities for enhanced reporting and analytics and implement solutions based on organizational needs.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Streamline HR operations through workflow automation and self-service capabilities.</li>\n <li>Lead and develop internal HR Technology team and external vendor support.</li>\n <li>Drive enterprise change management strategies tied to HR digital transformation initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>10+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or enterprise HR systems leadership.</li>\n <li>5+ years managing Oracle HCM Cloud environments and HR technology teams.</li>\n <li>Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, configuration, releases, and integrations.</li>\n <li>Experience leading enterprise HR digital transformation initiatives.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of AI, automation, analytics, and cloud-based HR technologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.</li>\n <li>Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations and Oracle Analytics Cloud.</li>\n <li>PMP, Agile, or Change Management certifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Technical Expertise</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oracle HCM Cloud</li>\n <li>Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)</li>\n <li>Oracle Talent Management</li>\n <li>Oracle Digital Assistant</li>\n <li>Oracle Analytics Cloud</li>\n <li>AI &amp; Generative AI in HR</li>\n <li>Workforce Analytics &amp; Predictive Modeling</li>\n <li>Workflow Automation</li>\n <li>HR Data Governance &amp; Security</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Leadership Competencies</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strategic Leadership</li>\n <li>Digital Transformation</li>\n <li>Innovation Mindset</li>\n <li>AI &amp; Data Fluency</li>\n <li>Executive Communication</li>\n <li>Change Management</li>\n <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration</li>\n <li>Operational Excellence</li>\n <li>Talent Development</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Success Metrics</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Increased adoption and optimization of Oracle HCM capabilities</li>\n <li>Improved HR operational efficiency through automation and strong 3<sup>rd</sup> party technical support</li>\n <li>Enhanced employee digital experience and self-service utilization</li>\n <li>Successful implementation of AI-enabled HR solutions</li>\n <li>High system reliability, compliance, and data integrity</li>\n</ul>",
