          "text": "<p><strong>Pay Rate:&#xa0;$35/ hour</strong>&#xa0;- Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.&#xa0;</p><p>We are looking for a skilled and experienced <strong>HVAC Technician 3&#xa0;</strong>to perform advanced HVAC and refrigeration work within a resort environment. This senior-level position is responsible for completing projects, guest service calls, preventative maintenance, and large-scale HVAC initiatives as directed by resort leadership.</p><p><strong>As the&#xa0;HVAC Technician 3, you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform projects, guest calls, blitzes, and preventative maintenance as instructed by resort leadership.</li><li>Able to execute daily tasks and projects assigned in HVAC systems and support other trades.</li><li>Expert on HVAC and refrigeration systems operations, troubleshooting, repairs &amp; installation of equipment.</li><li>Provides leadership and support by managing contracted services and installations to ensure quality.</li><li>Leads internal projects with extensive HVAC scope as required by property leadership.</li><li>Provide expertise &amp; oversight for safety, mechanical integrity, and quality assurance as instructed by resort leadership.</li><li>Responsible for the operations and maintenance of chillers, cooling towers and other major HVAC-R equipment.</li><li>Skilled in operating through Energy Management Systems, BMS, BAS or other similar controls.</li><li>Expert ability to read and interpret technical data, and Operation &amp; Maintenance manuals.</li><li>Actively participates in procurement and inventory process to ensure materials and tools are on-site for work.</li><li>Ability to effectively operate resort operations devices &amp; software (HotSOS).</li><li>Communicates professionally through radios, phones, emails, and verbal communications.</li><li>Perform custodial and maintenance duties, as required by resort leadership.</li><li>Safely uses hand tools, electrical and battery-powered tools, and/or any other pertinent tool required by the job.</li><li>Ability to work using ladders, scaffolds, lifts, dust masks, and work in confined/tight spaces.</li><li>Must have the ability to follow safety guidelines &amp; practices.</li><li>Recognizes and identifies potential hazards in the property.</li><li>Ability to communicate and interpret guest needs by positively interacting towards resolutions.</li><li>Must comply with all CFI/Westgate Resorts policies and procedures.</li><li>Must always represent Westgate Resorts in a professional manner through appearance, dress, and professional behavior.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by resort operations leadership.</li></ul>",
