If you enjoy driving, value safety and courtesy, and take pride in providing excellent service, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day!</p>\n<h3>Why You’ll Love Working at Willow Valley Communities</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Comprehensive benefits</strong>, including medical, dental, and vision coverage with competitive premiums</li>\n <li><strong>Generous PTO</strong>, plus an extra day off to celebrate your birthday</li>\n <li><strong>Opportunities for growth</strong> and advancement within our organization</li>\n <li>Access to outstanding amenities such as a <strong>fitness center, spa, cafés, and swimming pools</strong></li>\n <li>Team member events, recognition programs, and additional perks</li>\n <li>A warm, welcoming work environment where your contributions truly matter!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Wage:</strong> $17.00 per hour</p>\n<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Safely operate vans and buses in compliance with <strong>state driving laws and CDL regulations</strong></li>\n <li>Drive in a professional, courteous manner that reflects Willow Valley Communities’ values</li>\n <li>Assist passengers in boarding and exiting vehicles, as needed</li>\n <li>Properly secure wheelchairs, including leg and shoulder restraints, following established procedures</li>\n <li>Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies such as illness, accidents, or fire</li>\n <li>Inspect the vehicle after routes to check for lost items and remove trash</li>\n <li>Refuel vehicles and report maintenance needs to the Transportation Supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What You Bring</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Valid PA CDL Class B license with Passenger (P) endorsement</strong> (required)</li>\n <li>Less than a high school education with 3–6 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li>\n <li>Prior bus driving experience (<strong>strongly preferred</strong>) </li>\n <li>A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and excellent customer service</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Schedule & Hours</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Part-Time position</strong></li>\n <li>Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM</li>\n <li>Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Location</h3>\n<p><strong>Millwood Service Center</strong>480 Millwood RdLancaster, PA 17603</p>\n<p> </p>",
