This role blends <strong>traditional recruiting</strong> with <strong>relationship building</strong> and <strong>event engagement</strong>, making it ideal for someone who thrives on networking, organization, and bringing people together.</p><p>You&rsquo;ll spend time both <strong>building candidate pipelines</strong> for hourly team members (Client Ambassadors, Veterinary Assistants, Animal Care Companions) and <strong>connecting with students</strong> at universities, colleges, and tech programs.
