In this role, you will perform anodizing operations on aluminum parts used in the production of hose couplings and accessories. You'll be responsible for operating anodizing tanks, racking and un-racking parts, monitoring process conditions, and maintaining quality standards throughout the process. This is a hands-on, technical role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and a commitment to safety are essential. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rack and un-rack aluminum tanks and run parts through each stage of the process safety and efficiently. </li>\n<li>Operate multiple anodizing tanks and run parts through each stage of the process safely and efficiently. </li>\n<li>Monitor and maintain proper knowledge related to electrical amps and volts as they relate to anodizing. </li>\n<li>Build and use simple work holding racks as needed for production. </li>\n<li>Identify and report visible quality issues related to work holding, process variation, or part handling. </li>\n<li>Maintain adequate anodizing supplies and notify management of shortages or equipment needs. </li>\n<li>Keep an organized, clean, and orderly work area at all times. </li>\n<li>Enter production data accurately into the EPICOR system or other required computer systems. <br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt; font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED, or equivalent required. </li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written process documents. </li>\n<li>Good time management skills and ability to keep pace in a fast-moving production environment.</li>\n<li>Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team-oriented culture. </li>\n<li>Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs with assistance. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt; font-weight: bold\">Work Environment</span></p>\n<p>This is an active, hands-on manufacturing role. Team members work in an environment that may include exposure to fumes, oil, greases, and moving machine parts. Proper safety protocols and PPE are required.
