The objective of the internship programme is for the candidate to be able to independently analyse Private Market investments and continue with its on-boarding and its life cycle management.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Your responsibilities will be as follows:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proper understanding and due diligence of new private market investments until the final target assets held within the investment structure to be acquired by and held by the insurance policies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Analysis and good understanding of standard private equity deal documentation and agreement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Enhanced assessment of the valuation of the private market investments as well as all relevant risk factors related to that investment within an insurance policy as a whole</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensuring proper documentation and filing of collected and analysed documentation and evidence</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensuring proper onboarding of the private market asset including the 1st deposit / mirroring with the custodian bank to be executed within the specific timeframe</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensuring accurate application of the corporate private market assets policy and private market assets acceptance procedure.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Private Markets Structuring Intern?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You are currently studying towards an academic qualification in Finance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent analytical and problem solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Flexible, must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Confident, professional approach to dealing with colleagues from different departments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of the alternative investment fund universe in Luxembourg is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with the common MS Office software is a must</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Fluency in written and verbal English, knowledge of another major European language is a plus</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><em><span>As an equal opportunity employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to gender, colour, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.</span></em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><em><span> </span></em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><em><span>Given the sensitive nature of our business, industry sector and the role as described, the selected candidate is required to provide a criminal record (Bulletin n°3 for Luxembourgish residents).
